PRICES
Prices are per  day for a minimum stay , including use of sauna and Wi-Fi.Exclusive final cleaning. The resort tax is NOT included: € 4,00.- per person per day have to be paid separately. Children and youths under 15 years do not pay the tax.

For each additional person in bedroom/living room we charge € 21.00 per person and day.

CHILDREN
Young guests are warmly welcome. On request we provide a child cot/bed and a high chair.

Dogs are allowed on prior arrangement (€ 20.00 per day, food is not included).

BREAD DELIVERY SERVICE & BREAKFAST BUFFET
For a great start into a wonderful day you can take full advantage of our convenient fresh bread delivery service (extra charge) – daily except Sundays and public holidays. Alternatively, you can enjoy a rich breakfast buffet at Hotel  (next door) for an extra charge: € 19.00 per person and day – child rates on request. Please note opening times of Hotel Bergwelt.

DINNER MENU AND HALF BOARD
Additionally you can book a 4-course dinner menu with salad bar (choice of 2-3 main dishes) at adjacent Hotel Bergwelt.  Please note opening times of Hotel Bergwelt.

FURTHER INFORMATION
 A reception and a small common room are available. Ski and ski boot storage room with boot dryer. Ample parking in front of the house. Fresh milk from our own farm.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
On your arrival day the apartment is available from approx. 3.30 pm. We kindly ask you to leave your apartment by 9.00 am on your day of departure.

CANCELLATION TERMS for the summer 2022
Due to the current situation we have adjusted our general cancellation terms for the summer season.

CANCELLATION TERMS
Cancellation terms according to the general conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry.

  • 42 days prior to arrival: free of charge
  • 41 days  to 5 weeks prior to arrival: 40 % of the full booking amount
  • 4 weeks to 3 weeks prior to arrival: 70 % of the full booking amount
  • 2 weeks or less prior to arrival: 90 % of the full booking amount  

TRAVEL INSURANCE
Always be on the safe side and take advantage of the European Travel Cancellation Insurance. Further information can be found here.
